We offer a diverse range of fitness classes, from high-intensity cardio and full-body strength training to relaxing restorative yoga.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Cardio & Conditioning Classes
Box 45: (45 min)
Punch, jab, and kick your way through the workout, you’ll build confidence, determination, and mental toughness, empowering you to conquer any challenge.
Cardio Sculpt: (55 min)
Move to the beat of the music with this fusion class. A blend of high-intensity cardio circuits and full-body strength training exercises, all in a single 55-minute session.
Cycle 45: (45 min)
Motivating music combined with choreographed drills on the bike, each class will take you on a different ride. With adjustable resistance on your bike, you’re in control of your intensity, allowing you to push yourself to your personal best.
HIIT 45: (45 min)
The total body conditioning workout you have been searching for with an emphasis on cardio, power and strength. Each interval circuit contains a combination of bodyweight plyometric and weighted exercises to push you out of your comfort zone.
Zumba: (55 min)
Zumba is an exciting and energizing dance fitness class that combines aerobic exercises with intervals of fast and slow rhythms. It offers a fun, high-energy workout that helps enhance cardiovascular health, tone muscles, and sculpt the body.
Sculpting & Strengthening Classes
Abs 30: (30 min)
This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles and improving your posture with various positions and equipment.
Arms & Abs: (45 min)
This class uses weighted sculpting exercises to tone your arms and abs. The instructor will guide you through a variety of upper body exercises to the beat of the music.
Barre 45: (45 min)
A muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. The class uses elements of ballet, yoga, strength training and Pilates.
Barre HIIT: (45 min)
This high-intensity, low-impact class combines ballet-inspired movements to deliver a powerful strength-focused workout. Through small, precise motions and high repetition, you’ll enhance muscle endurance, balance, core strength, and flexibility.
Kettlebell Strength: (60 min)
In this Kettlebell class, you’ll focus on functional training exercises that target the lower body muscles, boosting your overall strength, power, balance, and coordination. It’s designed to help you perform everyday tasks with greater ease.
Lower Body Strength: (45 min)
Through a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and functional movements, you’ll challenge your leg muscles in all new ways. This class focuses on the major muscle groups of the lower body, including your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.
Mat Pilates: (45 min)
This class incorporates a series of controlled movements, precise breathing techniques, and mindful exercises to sculpt and tone your muscles. Mat Pilates is designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.
Total Body Sculpt: (55 min)
Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening exercises. This sculpting class tones the upper and lower body by using dumbbells, body bars and resistance bands.
Total Strength: (60 min)
This 60-minute class focuses on functional strength training to enhance your overall strength and make everyday tasks easier. Work at your own pace and level of ability, while our instructor provides guidance to help you reach your personal best.
TRX: (45 min)
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses gravity to build overall strength, enhance balance, increase flexibility, and strengthen core stability.
Yoga Classes
**You will need to bring your own yoga mat for classes in Studio A/B**
Hatha Yoga: (60 min)
Hatha Flow is a type of yoga that focuses on opening the body through controlled movements that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Restorative Yoga: (60 min)
Restorative Yoga Flow provides a gentler practice. The class has a longer warm-up, followed by flowing sequences and will spend more time exploring each posture.
Vinyasa Yoga: (60 min)
Vinyasa Flow is a moderate paced class focusing on breathing and alignment sequences to help build and maintain flexibility and strength.
