Instructional Recreation Frequently Asked Questions
Instructional Recreation provides a diverse blend of classes in Martial Arts, Individual /Dual Sports, Body/Mind/Spirit, Dance, and Fusion to members of the Northeastern University community at a nominal cost. The classes offered in this program provide: personal enrichment, a supportive learning environment, small class settings, progressive training and skill building, and are intensive in nature.

How do I sign up for the classes?

Registration and payment are completed ONLINE at link here during the registration period.

How do I know if the class will be held?
ANSWER:
You will receive an e-mail only if the class is cancelled.
QUESTION:
What is the refund policy?
ANSWER:
If Instructional Recreation cancels a course, participants have the option of transferring to another open course or receive a full refund within thirty days. The participant is not eligible for a refund if he/she chooses not to attend the class.
QUESTION:
Who is eligible to take Instructional Recreation classes?
ANSWER:
Only NU students with a current valid NU ID who have paid the University Recreation Fee and those faculty, staff, alumni and contractors who have paid a yearly membership fee are permitted to sign up for the Instructional Recreations Classes.
