Initial Assessment Package

The Initial Assessment Package is essential for all new clients and includes an assessment  and two training sessions. The initial assessment is used to determine your current fitness level, discuss training goals and create an exercise program. 

Northeastern University Students                 $75

Non Northeastern University Students      $100

Body Composition Analysis

Using a 4-site skinfold caliper analysis, the personal trainer measures skinfold thickness to calculate body fat percentage and assess body composition.

Skinfold Technique                                  $10

Small Group Training

This is a 5-week program that meets once a week for a 50-minute session, with up 10 participants, designed to help you accomplish your fitness journey!

Five (5) sessions                                       $30

Equipment Orientation

This is a free service provided to all members. The Personal Trainer will help you become familiar and comfortable with all of the equipment University Recreation has to offer.

One session                                              FREE

Partner / Group Training

Partner/Group Training is offered for those who would like to train with a friend/ group of friends for a reduced rate. Sessions will be designed and conducted for the groups’ like minded goals. Each participant must submit an interest form.
