Small Group Training

Are you ready to take your health and fitness goals to the next level? In this 5-week small group training class, you will get an hour workout led by one of University Recreation’s Certified Personal Trainers! This highly sought-after class is on a first come first served basis for the first ten clients who sign up. $30 for all 5 sessions!

Fitness Workshops

Are you interested in learning more about proper technique and lifting form? Want to gain a deeper understanding of how to utilize our fitness equipment? Want to become more confident in a fitness facility setting?

If so, our Fitness Workshops are for you! They are open to all fitness levels and whether you are experienced or a beginner you will walk away with new knowledge!

These workshops are led by Certified Personal Trainers who utilize a blend of an informative lecture-based materials, demonstrations, and hands-on learning opportunities. We teach the fundamentals of strength training, proper form and introduce exercises such as the front/back squat, bench press, deadlift, and more! Fitness Workshops include active participation of participants to help everyone feel more comfortable navigating the gym.

These workshops are $10 per session and 60 minutes in duration. Spots are limited.
