Small Group Training

 

Northeastern University Recreation is excited to offer its members small group training sessions during the Spring 2023 semester. Are you ready to take your health and fitness goals to the next level? In this small group training class, you will get a full hour workout taught by one of University Recreation’s personal trainers! This highly sought-after class is on a first come first served basis for the first ten clients who sign up.

Sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesday nights at 8PM for the following weeks:

January 24th and 25th

January 31st and February 1st

February 7th and 8th

February 14th and 15th

February 21st and 22nd
