Small Group Training

 

Are you ready to take your health and fitness goals to the next level? In this small group training class, you will get a full hour workout taught by one of University Recreation’s personal trainers!

This highly sought-after class is on a first come first served basis for the first ten clients who sign up.

Sessions will resume during the Fall 2023 semester.
