Small Group Training


Northeastern University Personal Training is excited to offer its members small group training sessions during the Summer II 2022 semester.

This is a 50-minute circuit-style workout class that is held once a week for a 5-week duration. Each week the class can expect the same group of 10 participants and the same experienced, motivating personal trainer!

The first 12 participants to sign up will get first priority. Once you are cleared for participation (including membership access), you will then receive email confirmation from University Recreation including the link for payment. To guarantee a spot, you must submit your payment by Friday, July 7th. If your payment is not submitted by that date, your spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Sessions will be held at the outdoor FTA at SquashBusters Center. They will occur once a week beginning on the following days:
Wednesday, July 13th –August 10th 12:30-1:30pm
Thursday, July 14th – August 11th at 6:30-7:30pm
