Summer 2025 Personal Training Registration

Meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer who will design a customized and comprehensive fitness program to help you maximize your fitness. Our trainers strive to empower their clients to reach their full potential through motivation as well as providing accountability and education. We base our recommendations on sound scientific principles and are committed to providing our trainers with continuous professional development to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills to work with all fitness levels, ages, and goals in a safe and effective way.

Summer 2025 Small Group Training

Are you ready to take your health and fitness goals to the next level? In this 5-session small group training class, you will get an hour workout led by one of University Recreation’s Certified Personal Trainers! This highly sought-after class is on a first come first served basis for the first ten clients who sign up. $30 for all 5 sessions!

Body Composition Analysis Available NOW!

Using a 4-site skinfold caliper analysis, the personal trainer measures skinfold thickness to calculate body fat percentage and assess body composition.
