Initial Assessment Package – 3 sessions

The Initial Assessment Package is mandatory for all new clients and includes one assessment session and two training sessions. The initial assessment is used to determine your current fitness level, discuss training goals and create an exercise program.

Body Composition Analysis

Using a 4-site skinfold caliper analysis, the personal trainer measures skinfold thickness to calculate body fat percentage and assess body composition.

Equipment Orientation

This is a free service provided to all members. The Personal Trainer will help you become familiar and comfortable with all of the equipment University Recreation has to offer.

Small Group Training

This is a 50-minute circuit-style workout class that will be held once a week for a 5-weeks. Each week the class can expect the same group of 10 participants and the same experienced, motivating personal trainer!
